Landlord and Tenant hereby agree that this Lease is subject to the review and approval of Landlord’s Mortgagee in accordance with the terms of the mortgage loan documents executed by Landlord in connection with its financing of the Property. Landlord shall submit this Lease to its Mortgagee promptly upon Tenant’s execution and delivery of this Lease to Landlord, and Landlord shall promptly advise Tenant of its Mortgagee’s decision.
