Monthly Vesting. The vesting of each subsequent monthly installment of Restricted Shares on each Monthly Vesting Date shall be subject to the condition that the Executive shall have been in the Continuous Service of the Company from the date of this Agreement to and including such Monthly Vesting Date; PROVIDED, however, that no Unvested Shares shall vest after the date of the cessation or termination of Executive’s Continuous Service except if, as and to the extent provided otherwise in any of Sections 4.3, 4.4 or 4.5 below.
Monthly Vesting. Following the Cliff Date, the remaining unvested Equity Awards shall vest monthly in equal installments over the remaining twelve (12) months of the two-year vesting period, subject to Employee’s continued employment;
