Monthly Union Dues. All Employees shall, as a condition of employment, acquire and maintain Union membership, and all Employees shall pay monthly dues to CUPE 1004. Such payment will be made by payroll deduction in accordance with the provisions of Section 16 of the Labour Relations Code.

  • DEDUCTION OF UNION DUES The Employer will, as a condition of employment, deduct an amount equal to membership dues from the biweekly pay of all employees in the bargaining unit.
