Monthly Time & Materials Clause Samples
The Monthly Time & Materials clause defines the terms under which a client is billed for services based on the actual time spent and materials used within a given month. Under this arrangement, the service provider tracks hours worked and materials consumed, then invoices the client at agreed-upon rates at the end of each month. This clause is commonly used in projects where the scope of work may change or is not fully defined, ensuring that the provider is compensated for all resources expended while giving the client transparency and flexibility in managing project costs.
Monthly Time & Materials. The Consultant shall invoice monthly on a time and materials basis for actual Work completed during the invoice period. Unless the parties agree in writing to different terms, invoice periods shall begin on the first day of each month and end on the last day of each month.
