Monthly Statements to Certificateholders. (a) Not later than each Distribution Date, the Trust Administrator shall prepare and cause to be made available to each Certificateholder, the Master Servicer, each Servicer, the Trustee, the Depositor and each Rating Agency, a statement setting forth with respect to the related distribution the items listed in Exhibit S, other than items (i)(j), (ii)(j), (v)(n), (v)(t), (v)(z), (vi)(a)-(d) and (vii)(a)-(g). The Trust Administrator’s responsibility for disbursing the above information to the Certificateholders is limited to the availability, timeliness and accuracy of the information derived from the Master Servicer and each Servicer which shall be provided as required in Section 4.05. On each Distribution Date, the Trust Administrator shall provide Bloomberg Financial Markets, L.P. (“Bloomberg”) cusip level factors for each Class of Offered Certificates as of such Distribution Date, using a format and media mutually acceptable to the Trust Administrator and Bloomberg. In connection with providing the information specified in this Section 4.04 to Bloomberg, the Trust Administrator and any director, officer, employee or agent of the Trust Administrator shall be indemnified and held harmless by DLJMC, to the extent, in the manner and subject to the limitations provided in Section 9.05. The Trust Administrator will also make the monthly statements to Certificateholders available each month to each party referred to in Section 4.04(a) via the Trust Administrator’s website. The Trust Administrator’s website can be accessed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx or at such other site as the Trust Administrator may designate from time to time. Persons that are unable to use the above website are entitled to have a paper copy mailed to them via first class mail by calling the Trust Administrator at 000-000-0000.
