Monthly Servicer Report. Not later than two Business Days prior to the Payment Date, the Servicer shall deliver to the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee, each Rating Agency and the Initial Purchasers, a report (the “Monthly Servicer Report”) substantially in the form of Exhibit H hereto, detailing certain activity relating to the Timeshare Loans. The Monthly Servicer Report shall be completed with the information specified therein for the related Due Period and shall contain such other information as may be reasonably requested by the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee or the Initial Purchasers in writing at least five Business Days prior to such Determination Date. Each such Monthly Servicer Report shall be accompanied by an Officer’s Certificate of the Servicer in the form of Exhibit I hereto, certifying the accuracy of the computations reflected in such Monthly Servicer Report.
Monthly Servicer Report. Not later than the fourth Business Day preceding a Payment Date, the Servicer shall deliver to the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee, the Back-Up Servicer, the Qualified Hedge Counterparty, each Purchaser and the Administrative Agent a report (the “Monthly Servicer Report”) substantially in the form of Exhibit D hereto, detailing certain activity relating to the Timeshare Loans. The Monthly Servicer Report shall be completed with the information specified therein for the related Due Period and shall contain such other information as may be reasonably requested by the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee, any Purchaser or the Administrative Agent in writing at least five Business Days prior to the date on which the Servicer is required to deliver the Monthly Servicer Report. Each such Monthly Servicer Report shall be accompanied by an Officer’s Certificate of the Servicer in the form of Exhibit E hereto, certifying the accuracy of the computations reflected in such Monthly Servicer Report. The Servicer agrees to consult and cooperate with the Administrative Agent in the preparation of the Monthly Servicer Report.
Monthly Servicer Report. On or prior to each Determination Date, the Servicer shall deliver a report in writing substantially in the form of Exhibit B (the "MONTHLY SERVICER REPORT") to the Trustee and the Rating Agencies.

Not later than the Monthly Determination Date relating to each Payment Date, but in no event later than the second Business Day preceding each Payment Date, the Servicer shall deliver to the Issuer, the Rating Agency, the Back-up Servicer, the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee the Monthly Servicer Report, in substantially the form set forth in the Indenture.

The Servicer shall calculate and provide to the Indenture Trustee in writing all applicable original issue discount information relating to the Notes in a timely manner in order to enable the Indenture Trustee to perform any reporting obligations with respect thereto.

The Monthly Servicer Report shall be completed with the information specified therein for the related Due Period and shall contain such other information as may be reasonably requested by the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee or the Initial Purchaser in writing at least five Business Days prior to such Determination Date. Each such Monthly Servicer Report shall be accompanied by an Officer’s Certificate of the Servicer in the form of Exhibit K hereto, certifying the accuracy of the computations reflected in such Monthly Servicer Report.

Each such Monthly Servicer Report shall be accompanied by (i) an Officer’s Certificate of the Servicer in the form of Exhibit E hereto, certifying the accuracy of the computations reflected in such Monthly Servicer Report and (ii) a current Schedule of Timeshare Loans in an electronic format acceptable to the Funding Agents. The Servicer agrees to consult and cooperate with the Funding Agents in the preparation of the Monthly Servicer Report.
Monthly Servicer Report. Not later than three (3) Business Days prior to the Distribution Date, the Servicer shall deliver to the Seller, the Buyer, and the Backup Servicer, a report (the “Monthly Servicer Report”) substantially in the form of Exhibit G hereto, detailing certain activity relating to the Timeshare Loans. The Monthly Servicer Report shall be completed with the information specified therein for the related Due Period and shall contain such other information as may be reasonably requested by the Seller, the Buyer or the Backup Servicer in writing at least five (5) Business Days prior to such Determination Date. Each such Monthly Servicer Report shall be accompanied by an Officer’s Certificate of the Servicer in the form of Exhibit H hereto, certifying the accuracy of the computations reflected in such Monthly Servicer Report.
Monthly Servicer Report. Not later than the second Business Day preceding each Remittance Date, the Servicer shall deliver to the Agent a Monthly Servicer's Report signed by a Servicing Officer in substantially the form of Exhibit E hereto.
