Monthly Scheduling Fee Clause Samples
The Monthly Scheduling Fee clause establishes a recurring charge that a client must pay each month for scheduling services provided by the other party. Typically, this fee is invoiced on a regular monthly basis and is due regardless of the actual usage or volume of services scheduled during that period. By specifying a fixed monthly payment, the clause ensures predictable revenue for the service provider and clarifies the client’s ongoing financial obligations, thereby reducing disputes over payment expectations.
