Monthly Maintenance Fee. The Borrower hereby agrees to pay to Agent in arrears on the last Business Day of each calendar month, a monthly maintenance fee in the amount of $5,000 (collectively, the “Monthly Maintenance Fees”). The Borrower agrees that the Monthly Maintenance Fees shall be fully-earned when paid and shall not be refundable in whole or in part under any circumstances.

Monthly Maintenance Fee. The Contractor agrees to provide a ‘Monthly Maintenance Fee’ for the performance of preventive maintenance services and Minor Corrective Maintenance services. Preventive Maintenance and Minor Corrective Maintenance services are defined in Section 2.3 ‘Preventive Maintenance and Section 2.4 ‘
Monthly Maintenance Fee. Each month, T1 Payments shall deduct a service maintenance fee from the Merchant’s Operating Account, and is payable regardless of Merchant’s processing volume. This monthly service maintenance fee shall commence on the date the Merchant Services Application is approved, even if the Merchant’s account is not activated at the time of the application’s approval.
Monthly Maintenance Fee. $10.00 per month beginning the 13th month after no activity.
Monthly Maintenance Fee. Each month Borrower will pay Crestmark a monthly maintenance fee of FOUR-TENTHS OF ONE PERCENT (0.40%) of the monthly average principal balance of the Loan outstanding from the preceding month as a maintenance fee commencing on the tenth (10th) day of May, 2010 and continuing on the tenth (10th) day of each month thereafter until Borrower has no Indebtedness outstanding and this Agreement is terminated. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the foregoing maintenance fee will be a minimum of TWO-THOUSAND FIVE-HUNDRED DOLLARS AND NO/100 ($2,500.00) per month until this Agreement is terminated and Crestmark is repaid the Indebtedness in full, including any exit fee contained in the Note.
Monthly Maintenance Fee. Each month Borrower will pay Crestmark a monthly maintenance fee (the "Maintenance Fee") of nine-tenths of one percent (0.9%) of the monthly average principal balance of the Loan outstanding from the preceding month as a maintenance fee commencing on the first (1st) day of the month following the initial Advance, and continuing on the first (1st) day of each month thereafter until this Agreement is terminated and Crestmark is repaid the Indebtedness in full, including the Exit Fee (defined below).
