Monthly Inspections. (a) Two (2) representatives of the Joint Health and Safety Committee, one (1) from management and one (1) from the employees, shall make monthly inspections of the work place and shall report to the health and safety committee the results of their inspection. The members of the Committee who represent the workers shall designate a member representing workers to inspect the workplace. Where possible that member shall be a certified member. The Employer shall provide the member with such information and assistance as the member may require for the purpose of carrying out an inspection of the workplace.
Monthly Inspections. Housing & Residence Life is entitled to inspect your Room on a monthly basis, or such other frequency as deemed necessary by Housing & Residence Life. Save and except in situations of emergency, as determined in the absolute discretion of the Housing & Residence Life, Housing & Residence Life shall provide You with at least 24 hours’ written notice of such inspection. If it is determined upon inspection that the Room, Shared Areas or Common Areas require cleaning, You will be required to clean such area within a 72 hour period. If the required cleaning is not performed to the satisfaction of Housing & Residence Life, Housing & Residence Life reserves the right to clean the area and charge the Resident(s) for all reasonable expenses.

BAC or Dynex will conduct, or cause to be conducted by a qualified third party under contract to such Seller or the applicable Servicer, monthly inspections of each Dealer's Property to verify the existence and condition of the Manufactured Homes securing all Floorplan Loans and shall provide copies of the results of such inspection to Buyer after completion;

Scheduled time spent in all such activities shall be considered as time worked.
Monthly Inspections. The Contractor shall inspect the elevators and wheelchair lifts monthly to observe and confirm proper functioning of elevator components in accordance with OEM recommendations for monthly inspections, if any. In addition to OEM monthly inspection recommendations, the following inspections shall be completed if not included in the OEM monthly inspection recommendations and as applicable to an elevator.
