Monthly Handling Charge Clause Samples
The Monthly Handling Charge clause establishes a recurring fee that one party must pay to the other for ongoing administrative or logistical services related to the agreement. This charge typically covers costs such as storage, processing, or management of goods or accounts, and is billed on a monthly basis regardless of usage levels. By specifying this regular payment, the clause ensures that the service provider is compensated for continuous support and overhead, thereby clarifying financial expectations and preventing disputes over operational costs.
