Common use of Monthly Base Fee Clause in Contracts

Monthly Base Fee. (a) $. (including GST) per month. (b) The fee will be reduced by $. (including GST) if the Franchisee is compliant with this Agreement as per clause 7.11 (c) $. (including GST) per month contribution towards the cost of the next ▇▇▇'s conference. If the Franchisee does not attend the conference or the Franchise Agreement is terminated or surrendered, the money will be applied to the conference fund to benefit all current franchisees. If a franchisee's non- attendance at the conference is due to extenuating circumstances such as sickness of themselves or a family member, at the discretion of the Divisional Franchisor, the conference fund contribution may be carried over to the next conference.
