Month-to-Month Term and Renewal. This Rental Agreement for the lease of an outdoor, uncovered, non-segregated vehicle Rented Space, (the “Rented Space”) from Lighthouse Storage of Boonville LLC, an Indiana Limited Liability Company, (hereinafter “Owner”), at Lighthouse Storage (the “Facility”) for an initial term listed above as “Term” and shall automatically renew for successive one month periods on the First day of each month hereafter unless terminated as provided for in Provisions 4, 20, and 21. Owner may increase Rent or other fees and charges for the Rented Space or terminate the Rental Agreement with thirty (30) days advance written notice to Renter. A one (1) full calendar month minimum term is required.
Month-to-Month Term and Renewal. This Rental Agreement for the lease of a self-service storage space (the Leased Space) from IREM, LLC, as Managing Agent for the Owner Canal Road Partners, LP, Moove In Self Storage-Canal, LLC, Moove In Self Storage-Bull or Moove In Self Storage-Pennsylvania, LLC, XXXXXXXXX.XXXX, Limited Liability Companies, as indicated in the Terms and Conditions Section of this Rental Agreement (hereinafter Owner), at Moove In Self Storage (the Facility) shall be on a month-to-month basis and shall automatically renew for successive one month periods on the First day of each month hereafter unless terminated as provided for in Provisions 9, 28, & 29.
Month-to-Month Term and Renewal. This Rental Agreement for the lease of a self-service storage space ("the Rented Space") from Owner, Access Storage shall be on a month-to-month basis and shall automatically renew for successive one month periods on the renewal date of Every Month listed above as the Renewal Date unless terminated as provided for in Items 4 or 19. Owner may increase the Rent for the Rented Space with thirty (30) days advanced written notice to Xxxxxx. If this Rental Agreement is executed after the twenty-eighth (28th) of the month, the Renewal Date shall be the first (1st) of the month. If Owner has cut Xxxxxx's lock for inspection or inventory and Renter pays his/her rent and other charges in full, Owner reserves the right not to remove its overlock until the Renter meets Owner's representative at the Rented Space to place Xxxxxx's new lock on Rented Space. Owner shall not be liable to Renter if any of the payment services listed above are unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Owner's control. No partial payment(s) may be made via the web site, Kiosk, over the phone, or by USPS. If partial payment is inadvertently taken, it shall be deemed a void and rejected transaction and the partial payment shall be refunded even if the Renter receives a receipt for payment. If Renter makes payment after normal Corporate Office hours, Owner shall remove its boot, chain or other deactivation devices the next business day and shall not be liable to Renter for inability to move/access the Vehicle after payment, before the next business day.

Owner may increase Rent or other fees and charges for the Rented Space or terminate the Rental Agreement with thirty (30) days advance written notice to Renter. This Rental Agreement for the lease of a self-service storage space (the “Leased Space”) from Axess Property Management, LLC, an Idaho Limited Liability Company, (hereinafter “Operator”), d.b.a. Axess Storage (the “Facility”) shall be on a month-to-month basis and shall automatically renew for successive one month periods on the First Day of each month hereafter unless terminated, as provided for in Provisions 6, 22, or 23. Operator may increase Rent or other fees and charges for the Leased Space with Thirty (30) days advance written notice to Xxxxxx. A One (1) full calendar month minimum rental is required. Rent is non- refundable.

This Rental Agreement for the lease of a self-storage space (the “Premises”) from the Owner TSK Investments LLC, (“Owner”) d/b/a Freedom Self Storage (the “Facility”), shall be on a month-to-month basis and shall automatically renew for successive one month periods on the Renewal Date of each month unless terminated as provided for in Item 6 or 20 and 21. Owner may increase Rent for the Premises with thirty (30) days advance written notice to Occupant. A one (1) month minimum Rental is required.

Stuf Storage and/or Stuf (the “Facility”) and the Occupant named above in the Rental Agreement, shall be on a month-to-month basis and shall automatically renew for successive one month periods for successive one month periods on the First Day of each month hereafter unless terminated, as provided for in Provisions 6, 22 or 23. Owner may increase Rent or other fees and charges for the Storage Space with Thirty (30) days advance written notice to Occupant. A One (1) full calendar month minimum rental is required. Rent is non-refundable.
