Common use of Monitoring Fees Clause in Contracts

Monitoring Fees. The Recipient shall pay, at such time as the Commissioner may require, an annual fee to DHCR of .5% multiplied by the maximum Restricted Rents of the Low-Income Portion of the Project or such other fee as the Commissioner may prescribe (the "Monitoring Fee").
