Common use of Monitoring and Observation Clause in Contracts

Monitoring and Observation. The performance of an employee may be monitored by the Employer at any time during the employee’s work hours. Employee evaluation shall include but is not limited to daily performance, inspections of work areas, and by personal observation conducted by the supervisor assigned to evaluate each bargaining unit member. Probationary employees will be formally evaluated during their ninety (90) day probationary period. Evaluations of non-probationary employees will be completed annually.
