Common use of Monitoring and Evaluation Methodology Clause in Contracts

Monitoring and Evaluation Methodology. The AAAPP will review and evaluate the performance of the Contractor under the terms of this contract. Monitoring shall be conducted through direct contact with the Contractor through telephone, in writing, and/or on-site visit(s). The AAAPP’s determination of acceptable performance shall be conclusive. The Contractor agrees to cooperate with the AAAPP in monitoring the progress of completion of the service tasks and deliverables. The AAAPP may use, but is not limited to, one or more of the following methods for monitoring:
