Common use of Money Judgment Clause in Contracts

Money Judgment. A judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Borrower or any other Consolidated Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Borrower Intermet or any other Consolidated Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect the Material Amount shall be rendered against either Borrower or any other Consolidated Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 thirty (30) days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 not covered by insurance or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Borrower or any other Consolidated Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 60 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A judgment Judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 1,000,000 or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Borrower or any other Consolidated Company Company, and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 sixty (60) days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);. In regard to the foregoing, amounts which are fully covered by insurance shall not be considered in regard to the foregoing $1,000,000 limit.

Money Judgment. A judgment Judgments or order orders for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 10,000,000 individually or in the aggregate or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Borrower or any other Consolidated Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 2,500,000 or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Borrower Interface or any other Consolidated Material Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 not covered by insurance or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Borrower Parent or any other Consolidated Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 60 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 250,000 or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Borrower Borrower, any other Consolidated Company, or any other Consolidated Company Credit Party and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 thirty (30) days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);.

Money Judgment. A judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 1,000,000 (for which the Consolidated Company is not insured) or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Borrower or any other Consolidated Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 thirty (30) days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Borrower or any other Consolidated Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement Agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A final judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 500,000 or which otherwise having has a Materially Material Adverse Effect on such Borrower shall be rendered against such Borrower or any other Consolidated Company or, with respect to such Borrower, the Fund of which it is a part, and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 thirty (30) days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);; or

Money Judgment. A judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 1,000,000 or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Borrower or any other Consolidated Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A judgment judgment, tax lien or order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 5,000,000.00, or otherwise having reasonably anticipated to have a Materially Adverse Effect Effect, shall be rendered against Borrower or any other Consolidated Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 60 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. Money Judgment. A judgment Judgments or order orders for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 10,000,000 (which is not covered by insurance) individually or in the aggregate or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Borrower or any other Consolidated Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A judgment or order for the payment of -------------- money in excess of $5,000,000 or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Borrower or any other Consolidated Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 (or the equivalent in any currency) or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Borrower or any other Consolidated Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A judgment Judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 1,000,000.00 or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Borrower or any other Consolidated Company Company, and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 sixty (60) days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);. In regard to the foregoing, amounts which are fully covered by insurance shall not be considered in regard to the foregoing $1,000,000.00 limit.

Money Judgment. A judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against the Borrower or any other Consolidated Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement agreement, or otherwise) (or, if such judgment is covered by insurance, such longer period during which the Borrower is appealing or otherwise contesting such judgment in good faith);.

Money Judgment. A judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Borrower or any other Consolidated Company of its Subsidiaries and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively ef fectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 25,000,000.00 or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Borrower or any other Consolidated Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A Any judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against either Borrower or any other Consolidated Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 thirty (30) days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

A judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 2,500,000 or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Borrower Intermet or any other Consolidated Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 1,000,000 or that would otherwise having have a Materially Material Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Borrower the Company or any other Consolidated Company of it Subsidiaries and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied in accordance with the terms of such judgment or order (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A final judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect 50,000,000 shall be rendered against the Borrower or any other Consolidated Company Subsidiary and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 45 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A judgment final judgments or final order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 500,000 individually or in the aggregate or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Borrower or any other Consolidated Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 60 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

A judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 10,000,000 or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Borrower Interface or any other Consolidated Material Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A judgment final judgments or final order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 2,500,000 individually or in the aggregate or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Borrower or any other Consolidated Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A judgment or order for the payment of -------------- money in excess of $5,000,000 1,000,000 or that would otherwise having have a Materially Material Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Borrower the Company or any other Consolidated Company of its Restricted Subsidiaries and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied in accordance with the terms of such judgment or order (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A judgment final judgments or final order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 100,000 individually or in the aggregate or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Borrower or any other Consolidated Company Subsidiary of Borrower and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 60 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A judgment which individually, or in the -------------- aggregate, exceeds $500,000, tax lien or order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 or otherwise having a Materially Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Borrower or any other Consolidated Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A judgment judgment, tax lien or order for the payment of money in excess of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand and no/100s Dollars ($5,000,000 250,000) individually or in the aggregate or otherwise having a Materially Material Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Borrower or any other Consolidated Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 60 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);

Money Judgment. A judgment or order for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 500,000 or that would otherwise having have a Materially Material Adverse Effect shall be rendered against Borrower or any other Consolidated the Company and such judgment or order shall continue unsatisfied in accordance with the terms of such judgment or order (in the case of a money judgment) and in effect for a period of 30 days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed or deferred (whether by action of a court, by agreement or otherwise);
