Monetary Judgment. One or more non-interlocutory judgments, non-interlocutory orders, decrees or arbitration awards is entered against Borrower or any Guarantor involving in the aggregate a liability in excess of $1,000,000 (to the extent not covered by independent third party insurance as to which the insurer does not dispute coverage), and the same shall remain unsatisfied, unvacated or unstayed pending appeal for a period of ninety (90) days after the entry thereof; or
