ISMS The Information Security Management System as defined by ISO/IEC 27001. The scope of the ISMS will be as agreed by the parties and will directly reflect the scope of the Services;
Enplanements means the total number of passengers boarding airline carriers. For purposes of this Section 4.14, all Enplanement comparisons shall be done by Relevant Boarding Area.

Pipelines means those pipelines within the Storage Facility that connect the Tanks to one another and to the receiving and delivery flanges of the Storage Facility.

High terrain means any area having an elevation 900 feet or more above the base of the stack of a source.

Sidelights means a green light on the starboard side and a red light on the port side each showing an unbroken light over an arc of the horizon of 112.5 degrees and so fixed as to show the light from right ahead to 22.5 degrees abaft the beam on its respective side. In a vessel of less than 20 metres in length the sidelights may be combined in one lantern carried on the fore and aft centreline of the vessel.

Weapons means an instrument or device of any kind that is used or designed to be used to inflict harm including, but not limited to, rifles, handguns, shotguns, antique fire- arms, knives, swords, bows and arrows, BB guns, pellet guns, air rifles, electronic or other stun devices, or fighting imple- ments.
