Modifications to the Services. In the event that the ETF or the Adviser desire to implement any changes related to the Services set forth herein (including, without limitation, changes to fees, CUSIPs, fund names, order cut-off times, and affirmation/confirmation disclosure), the Adviser shall provide written notice of said requested changes to SIDCO at least two weeks prior to the proposed effectiveness of said change to enable SIDCO to evaluate the impact that said change shall have on SIDCO’s operating procedures, if any. SIDCO shall have no obligation to implement any requested changes to the Services unless said changes specifically are agreed in writing. In the event that XXXXX agrees to implement the proposed changes, SIDCO promptly shall notify the Adviser of any corresponding changes to the Services or fees set forth in this Agreement, and, if the proposed changes require modification of SIDCO’s operating procedures, SIDCO shall notify Adviser of said changes to SIDCO’s operating procedures.

Modifications to the Services. Provider may update the Services from time to time. If Provider changes the Services in a manner that materially reduces their functionality, Provider will inform Customer via the email address associated with the account.
Modifications to the Services. Host Compliance may update the Services from time to time at no charge to Customer. If Host Compliance updates the Services in a manner that materially improves functionality, Host Compliance will inform the Customer.
Modifications to the Services. Think Power may update the Services from time to time. If Think Power changes the Services in a manner that materially reduces their functionality, Think Power will inform Customer via the email address associated with the account.
Modifications to the Services. Xxxxx Server reserves the right to update the Services at any time, or add or subtract features from the Services at any time; provided, however, that if Xxxxx Server makes any modifications to the Services which will materially affect Customer’s ability to use the Services, Xxxxx Server will provide notification of such changes by sending notice to the email address associated with Customer’s Account.
Modifications to the Services. DR reserves the right at any time and for any reason to modify, or temporarily or permanently discontinue, the Services or any portion thereof, with or without notice. You agree that DR shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
Modifications to the Services. TalentGuard may update the Services from time to time. If TalentGuard changes the Services in a manner that materially reduces their functionality, TalentGuard will make reasonable efforts to inform Customer.
Modifications to the Services. PREDPOL may make commercially reasonable changes to the Services including product releases for bug fixes, improvements and new features. If PREDPOL intends to make material changes to the Services resulting in a new restriction or limitation of Services, or termination of a particular feature, which are required by law, PREDPOL will inform CLIENT within a reasonable time prior to the proposed change.
Modifications to the Services. PredPol may make commercially reasonable changes to the Services from time to time. If PredPol makes a material change to the Services PredPol will inform Customer.
