Common use of Modifications to Coverage Clause in Contracts

The Town Manager reserves the right to require modifications, increases, or changes in the required insurance requirements, coverage, deductibles or other insurance obligations by providing a thirty (30) day written notice to the Consultant in accordance with Article 10.06
