Modification Proposal definition

Modification Proposal means a proposal to modify the Code which has beensubmitted (and not refused) pursuant to and in accordance with Section F2.1;
Modification Proposal has the meaning given to that expression in Section D1.2 (Modifications).
Modification Proposal has the meaning given in clause 4.1.1. modify includes modify, amend, vary, replace, supplement and substitute. Order has the meaning given in the SEMOpx Rules.
