Common use of Modification of the Small Generating Facility Clause in Contracts

Modification of the Small Generating Facility. The Interconnection Customer must receive written authorization from the utility before making changes to the SGF or mode of operations that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the utility system or affected system. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the IC makes such modifications without the utility's prior written authorization, the latter shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the SGF.
