Common use of Modern Slavery Clause in Contracts

Modern Slavery. a) Both Parties shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, regulations legally binding codes and sanctions relating to the Modern Slavery Xxx 0000 (the “Slavery Rules”) and the Company shall comply with any reasonable written request received from the Customer for the purposes of any annual reporting requirements under the Slavery Rules.
