Mode of Delivery. Mail Effective on earlier of actual receipt and fourth Business Day after deposit in U.S. Mail, first class postage pre-paid Courier or hand delivery When signed for by recipient Telephone (not voicemail) When conversation completed (must be confirmed in writing) Facsimile When confirmed by telephone (not voicemail) Electronic Mail When delivered (usage subject to subsection (c) below) provided, however, that notices delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 2 shall not be effective until actually received by the Administrative Agent; provided, further, that the Administrative Agent may require that any notice be confirmed or followed by a manually-signed hard copy thereof. Notices shall be in any form prescribed herein and, if sent by the Borrower, shall be made by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower. Notices delivered and, if required, confirmed in accordance with this subsection shall be deemed to have been delivered by Requisite Notice.

All notice and communications from CIF to Client or any Authorized Person under this Agreement may be sent and delivered by personal delivery, postal mail, telegraph, facsimile, electronic mail or other electronic transmission to the address, facsimile number, electronic mail address in the Account Opening Application Form or as notified to CIF in writing from time to time by at least seven (7) days’ advance notice. All notices and other communications shall be deemed to be given (i) at the time of dispatch or transmission if delivered personally, by facsimile transmission or telephone; or (ii) 24 hours after dispatch if sent by post, whichever shall be the first to occur; provided that any notice or other communication to be given to CIF shall be effective only when received by CIF. Unless otherwise agreed by CIF, any Instruction or directions to be given by Client or any Authorized Person to CIF in relation to any dealings in Securities, Commodities, Futures Contracts and/or Option Contracts for or in respect of the Account shall be given orally or by telephone to the telephone number of CIF as is set out in this Agreement or otherwise as notified to Client from time to time. Any other communication or notice to be given by Client or any Authorized Person to CIF in connection with the Account or this Agreement may be personally delivered, sent by prepaid post, facsimile transmission or by telephone to the address or facsimile or telephone number of CIF (as the case may be) set out in this Agreement or otherwise as notified to Client from time to time.
Mode of Delivery a) The Employer establishes the mode of delivery for teaching through its Internal Quality Assurance Process (IQAP). The principal modes of delivery for Courses at UOIT are face-to-face, hybrid and fully online.

Mode of Delivery. In addition to deliveries from Marketer’s trucks into the storage facilities of contract customers, Marketer shall, at Chevron’s request, make deliveries into contract customers’ trucks at Marketer’s storage facilities, and Marketer shall provide unimpeded and adequate access to Marketer’s storage facilities during normal business hours to enable contract customers to receive deliveries of Products.

Mode of Delivery. Delivery shall be taken by Party A itself according to the delivery date and quantity finally confirmed by the Parties and, when Party A takes delivery, the Parties shall confirm the quantity of the Product and complete the delivery formalities in writing onsite.
