Mobilization and Demobilization. Land- When Applicable This item shall include the initial mobilization of the excavation equipment at the project site and the final demobilization after all borings are complete. The Contractor is required to furnish the excavation equipment and tools, in good condition and all other equipment necessary to carry on and complete the work properly. The Contractor may be required to mobilize and dismantle his equipment at existing highway structures, highway embankments, highway rights of way, off the traveled way, wooded areas and other difficult sites. The Contractor shall have the necessary equipment and personnel to assemble his drilling equipment at the desiredlocations. The excavation, shoring and backfilling, work hours, permits or any other requirements made by the Department or other public transportation authority shall be complied with by the Contractor and any costs shall be considered as part on the unit price of Mobilization and Demobilization and no additional compensation will be allowed. No additional compensation will be made to the Contractor for preparing the application for and acquiring the entry permit and its associated fee. All material or equipment furnished under this item shall remain the property of the Contractor and shall be maintained and disposed of by him. This item shall carry all charges incident to such plant setup and removal, in order that the charges need not be distributed among the more variable items of the contract. Railroad (applies to any explorations located within the Railroad right-of-way, or impacting the right-of- way during mobilization, possibly including borings S2-2, S2-3, and others when applicable). The Contractor is required to furnish the drill rig and tools, in good condition and all other equipment necessary to carry on and complete the work properly. The Contractor may be required to mobilize and dismantle his equipment at existing highway structures, highway embankments, highway rights of way, off the traveled way, wooded areas and other difficult sites. The Contractor shall have the necessary equipment and personnel to assemble his drilling equipment at the desired locations. The backfilling and casing, work hours, permits or any other requirements made by the Department, Town, or other public transportation authority shall be complied with by the Contractor and any costs shall be considered as part on the unit price of Mobilization and Demobilization and no additional compensation will be allowed. No additional compensation will be made to the Contractor for preparing the application for and acquiring the entry permit and its associated fee. This item shall also include full compensation for all Traffic Control Equipment (such as; traffic control devices, cones, signs, etc.) required for the project. Mobilization and Demobilization. Contractor shall commence mobilization of Personnel and Equipment as per the Mobilization Plan approved by the Company on receipt and acceptance of Company's Letter of Intent, or upon the Company's execution of this Agreement document. Contractor shall submit a claim for payment of mobilization following the complete execution of the Agreement and the completion of the mobilization phase and receipt by Company of any Performance Bonds requested herein, if any. Contractor’s costs associated with mobilization and demobilization are included in the Compensation Tables shown in Schedule B and any supplements or Exhibits which document Compensation is deemed to cover all Contractor costs for mobilizing and demobilizing all of its personnel, equipment, materials, tools, facilities to or from the Site (including any redundancy pay to its employees and customs duties or taxes to bring or remove any equipment, materials, tools, facilities into or out of Mauritania or any other country, region or jurisdiction). The Contractor shall submit a demobilization plan to the Company, for approval, a minimum of 120 calendar days prior to the end of the current Agreement or as otherwise directed by the Company. It shall demonstrate the Contractor’s plan and ability to remove its Personnel and equipment from the Site and to return the Company property no later than 30 days after the expiration of the current period of performance. Mobilization and Demobilization. When a major disaster occurs or is imminent, the State will contact the debris monitoring Contractor to advise them of the state’s intent to activate the Contract. This action is the official notice to proceed, which shall be task order 1b. The monitoring contractor shall commence performance within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the task order 1b (see attachment A5 as an example). The Contractor will begin coordination with the State IDMTF. The State will then provide the Contractor with task order 2b, mobilization of personnel and equipment in coordination with debris removal contractor. The debris monitoring project manager will report to the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) within twelve (12) hours of a disaster event impacting the State. Within forty-eight to seventy-two (48-72) hours of a disaster event, Contractor will be on-site with an adequate number of staff to begin response and recovery operations. Upon completion of assigned tasks, the debris monitoring Contractor shall be responsible for closing out all related operations, including but not limited to, records and documents to support the state’s request for reimbursement costs from the Federal government.
Mobilization and Demobilization. An item to cover the cost of initial mobilization and final demobilization of the Contractor's plant and equipment under this contract will be paid as follows: the initial mobilization fee shall be paid to the Contractor within 10 business days after day 1 of dredging operations has begun; and the demobilization fee shall be paid within 30 days after all materials, pipe, equipment, and vessels have been removed from the Harbour Waterway Canal System and the Xxxxxxx Spoil Site, subject to inspection and acceptance by the Contracting Officer and the Jacksonville Port Authority, respectively. Under no circumstance shall greater than 60% of the sum of the initial mobilization fee and the demobilization fee be paid to the Contractor as the initial mobilization fee. Initial mobilization fees in excess of the limit shall be added to the demobilization fee.

Mobilization and Demobilization. 1) The term Mobilization shall apply to all time consumed and all costs involved for transporting, men and equipment from CONTRACTOR'S Hermosillo Office to the specified unload point at the start of the job.
