Mobility Benefits. All Liabilities in respect of mobility payments and benefits that are due to HPI Employees, Enterprise Employees and Former Employees after the Operational Separation Date will be governed by Sections 2.2(a)(i)-(iii) and 2.2(b)(i)-(iii).
