The 'Mobile SIM only' clause defines the terms and conditions specific to contracts that provide customers with a SIM card for mobile service, without including a handset or device. Mobile SIM only if a Mobile SIM customer wishes to terminate their agreement, this may be done via phone or email.
14.9.1. Terminating the agreement before the end of the minimum term will result in a fee of 75% of the remaining contract.
14.9.2. The customer must give a minimum of 30 days’ notice to cancel the existing agreement.
