You also accept responsibility for making sure that you know how to make mobile deposits of checks properly use your wireless device and the Mobile Banking software (“Software”) required to your qualifying Eligible Accounts using our Mobile Deposit use the Service. To activate The Software is provided by a service provider not affiliated with the Credit Union and you are solely responsible for entering a license agreement to use the software. We will not be liable to you for any losses caused by your failure to properly use the Mobile Deposit ServiceBanking service, you must separately enroll the Software or your wireless device. You may experience technical or other difficulties related to the Mobile Banking service that may result in loss of data, personalization settings or other Mobile Access service interruptions. We assume no responsibility for this service through Mobile Banking. Every day is a business day except Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal Holidays. A transfer initiated before 2:00p.m. CST on business days are posted to your account the same day. A transfer completed after 2:00p.m. CST will be made available to you, but will not be posted to your account until the next business day as specified above.
