Mobile Banking Service Agreement. We endeavor to provide you with superior Mobile Banking services. To access Mobile Banking, your phone or other mobile communication device must be Internet enabled, able to receive SMS text messages and connected to the Internet through your mobile communication service provider. To use Mobile Banking, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking with The Xxxxxxx State Bank and then subscribe to Mobile Banking. The same credentials (Login ID and Password) that are in place for your Online Banking service apply to Mobile Banking.

Mobile Banking Service Agreement. A. Mobile Banking Functions To access Mobile Banking service and functions, your Mobile Device must be Internet enabled and connected to the Internet through your mobile communications service provider. You must be enrolled in both a Primary Online Banking service and our Mobile Banking service. You must enroll the particular Mobile Device(s) that you wish to use with Mobile Banking. You must also un-register any Mobile Device(s) that you may no longer wish to be capable of using with Mobile Banking. When you access Mobile Banking with your Mobile Device, you will see a menu of available Mobile Banking functions (e.g., view balances; view or search for transactions; locate branches; execute specific types of internal or external funds transfers; etc.). From time to time we will add, and may modify or delete particular Mobile Banking functions or geographic areas served by Mobile Banking. We may make such changes in functions or geographic service with or without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction that you may request through Mobile Banking. Not all functions that are described in your Primary Online Banking Agreement or available at your Primary Online Banking service website are available with Mobile Banking. All terms and conditions in your Primary Online Banking Agreement or on your Primary Online Banking service's website that limit or govern your use of Primary Online Banking functions will also limit and govern your use of those functions through Mobile Banking.

When you access Mobile Banking with your Mobile Device, you will see a menu of available Mobile Banking functions (e.g., view account balances; view account activity; locate branches; execute specific types of internal transfers; initiate a bill payment, etc.). From time to time we will add, and may modify or delete particular Mobile Banking functions or geographic areas served by Mobile Banking. We may make such changes in functions or geographic service with or without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction that you may request through Mobile Banking. Mobile Text Banking (SMS) allows you to access account information without logging into the mobile banking application. Account information is limited to account balances, recent transaction history, and internal transfers. This SMS service must be enabled by registering and verifying your mobile phone number on your personal online banking profile. A list of command and key words are used to prompt account information. This list is available by texting HELP to 454545 on your phone. Data and text message rates may apply. To terminate SMS service, text STOP to 454545 or unregister your mobile phone number on your online banking profile via a personal computer. Not all functions that are described in your Online Banking Agreement or available at your Online Banking service may be available with Mobile Banking. All terms and conditions in your Online Banking Agreement that limit or govern your use of online banking functions will also limit and govern your use of those functions through Mobile Banking.
Mobile Banking Service Agreement. Eligible Members can enroll in Mobile Banking, which allows you to access your account and perform select financial transactions and other activities from a mobile device either via the mobile app or through a web browser. Mobile deposit is only available to eligible members via the Connexus mobile app. These activities may include viewing account information, savings goals and budgets, xxxx payment, mobile deposits, transfers, and ATM locator services. Logging in to Mobile Banking may only be completed after a successful login to the Connexus Credit Union Online Banking Service via your computer using one of the methods of Multi-factor Authentication or layered security mentioned in this agreement. We are not responsible for fees or charges from your mobile phone/device provider. Wireless carrier fees may apply.

  • Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.

  • Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services. You agree to be bound by any and all such additional requirements and limitations. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.

  • Service Agreement Refers to the Contract, Purchase Order or Terms of Service or Terms of Use. Student Data: Student Data includes any data, whether gathered by Provider or provided by LEA or its users, students, or students’ parents/guardians, that is descriptive of the student including, but not limited to, information in the student’s educational record or email, first and last name, birthdate, home or other physical address, telephone number, email address, or other information allowing physical or online contact, discipline records, videos, test results, special education data, juvenile dependency records, grades, evaluations, criminal records, medical records, health records, social security numbers, biometric information, disabilities, socioeconomic information, individual purchasing behavior or preferences, food purchases, political affiliations, religious information, text messages, documents, student identifiers, search activity, photos, voice recordings, geolocation information, parents’ names, or any other information or identification number that would provide information about a specific student. Student Data includes Meta Data. Student Data further includes “Personally Identifiable Information (PII),” as defined in 34 C.F.R. § 99.3 and as defined under any applicable state law. Student Data shall constitute Education Records for the purposes of this DPA, and for the purposes of federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Student Data as specified in Exhibit “B” is confirmed to be collected or processed by the Provider pursuant to the Services. Student Data shall not constitute that information that has been anonymized or De-Identified, or anonymous usage data regarding a student’s use of Provider’s services.

  • Investment Banking Services Except as described in the Registration Statement, the Statutory Prospectus and the Prospectus, during the period beginning 180 days prior to the initial confidential submission of the Registration Statement and ending on the Effective Date, no Member and/or any person associated or affiliated with a Member has provided any investment banking, financial advisory and/or consulting services to the Company.

At the present time, you may use Mobile Banking to: - Deposit checks to your savings and checking accounts. - Withdraw funds from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Transfer funds from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Obtain balance information for your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Make loan payments from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Determine if a particular item has cleared. - Verify the last date and amount of your payroll deposit. Your accounts can be accessed under Mobile Banking via mobile device or other approved access device(s). Mobile Banking will be available for your convenience 24 hours per day. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. All checks are payable to you as a primary member and will be mailed to your address of record. We may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. We may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction and there may be limits on the duration of each access. The following limitations on Mobile Banking transactions may apply: - There is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one (1) day. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions.

  • Administrative Services Agreement The Administrative Services Agreement has been duly authorized, executed and delivered by the Company and is a valid and binding agreement of the Company, enforceable against the Company in accordance with its terms except as the enforceability thereof may be limited by bankruptcy, insolvency, or similar laws affecting creditors’ rights generally from time to time in effect and by equitable principles of general applicability.
