Mitigation Requirement. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree ---------------------- that, in the event of your Involuntary Termination, you will be required to mitigate your damages by affirmatively seeking other employment. In the event you obtain such other employment during the period that you are entitled to receive any portion of the Severance Amount, such Severance Amount shall be reduced in an amount equal to any compensation you receive from your subsequent employer. You hereby agree promptly to provide the Company with such information as it may reasonably request regarding your efforts to seek other employment, and with notice of your subsequent employment and your compensation in connection therewith.
