Mitigation of Loss. The Purchaser or the Vendors, as the case may be, shall procure that all reasonable steps are taken and all reasonable assistance is given to avoid or mitigate loss to the Purchaser or any member of the Purchaser's Group which in the absence of mitigation might give rise to a liability in respect of any claim arising under this Agreement.
