Mitigation by Custodian. Upon the occurrence of any event which causes or may cause any loss, damage or expense to the Funds, the Custodian shall use all commercially reasonable efforts and shall take all reasonable steps under the circumstances to mitigate the effects of such event and to avoid continuing harm to the Funds.
