MISSISSIPPI. 1. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Lease to the contrary, Tenant acknowledges that Taxes are payable in Mississippi in arrears, meaning Taxes are payable in the calendar year following the calendar year in which such Taxes are assessed. For illustration purposes, Taxes attributable to calendar year 2017 are payable in arrears in calendar year 2018. As a result, the Taxes for which Tenant will be responsible under this Lease may not be payable until after the expiration or earlier termination of the Lease. Such Taxes payable after the expiration or earlier termination of the Lease shall nonetheless be the obligation of Tenant (on a prorated basis), and such obligation shall expressly survive the expiration or earlier termination of the Lease.

MISSISSIPPI. 4.1. The Contractors and Unions strongly reaffirm their joint commitment to maintain a productive workplace that is free of all discrimination and all acts, expressions, or behaviors that constitute harassment or that create a hostile work environment for any individual(s).
MISSISSIPPI. The scope and coverage of this labor Agreement is limited to assigned projects, areas, and work scopes performed at the plant or site of construction / modifications, start-up, emergency work orders, plant outage response tasks, maintenance or repairs, or as defined in Appendix B. This Agreement shall exclude any and all off-site work. Supervision above general xxxxxxx, all non-manual and exempt employees, and all areas, plants, and/or work- scope hours not assigned to the Contractors are all specifically excluded from this Agreement. The Unions understand and agree that there is a zero- tolerance disciplinary policy regarding project security rules as well as a non-solicitation / non- organizing work rule on the project. No “alter ego” claims are allowed.
MISSISSIPPI. This Extended Service Agreement offered by the Selling Dealer is not provided, administered or sponsored by a vehicle manufacturer or distributor. It is offered to You by the Selling Dealer with Agreement services provided as indicated in this Agreement. ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: 24 Hour Roadside Assistance services (if provided under Your Agreement) is provided by SafeRide Motor Club, Inc., 00000 Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxx 000-000, Xxxxxx XX 00000-4388, 0-000-000-0000. CANCELLATION: If You cancel this Agreement, a 10% penalty per month will be added to any refund that is not paid or credited within forty-five (45) days of Your return of the Agreement to the Selling Dealer. The Provider may only cancel this Agreement for (1) nonpayment of the provider fee, (2) a material misrepresentation by You to the Provider, or (3) a substantial breach of duties by You relating to the covered product or its use. If Your Agreement is cancelled by the Provider within 60 days, a full refund will be paid, less any claims paid; if cancelled after 60 days, You will receive a pro rata refund of the Agreement Purchase Price, less any claims paid, and less an administration fee of 10% of the Agreement Purchase Price or $50, whichever is less. If cancelled by the Provider, a written notice shall be mailed to You at Your last known address at least 30 days prior to cancellation. Written notice for non-payment of the Contract Retail Price shall be mailed at least 10 days prior to cancellation. CANCELLATION FEE: $50 or 10% of the amount paid by You for this Agreement, whichever is less.
MISSISSIPPI. Section 8 is amended to add: If We cancel this Contract due to non-payment of any Payment or the One Time Activation Fee, if any, You will not be entitled to any refund. Section 7 Cancellation By Us is replaced in its entirety with the following: We may only cancel this Contract for: (1) Your non-payment of any Payment or the One Time Activation Fee, if required; (2) a material misrepresentation made by You to Us; or
MISSISSIPPI. This Agreement is a self-contained and stand- alone Agreement, and provisions in any local, area, or national labor agreement shall not apply, except, and to a limited extent, for provisions that are specifically referenced in this Agreement. This Agreement addresses unique and special needs and competitive conditions to compete in a merit-shop market, such as classifications, rates of pay, and modified fringe benefits for areas and work scope specified in Appendix B.
