Misdirected Payment Fee. Seller shall pay Buyer the Misdirected Payment Fee immediately upon its accrual.

Misdirected Payment Fee. If any payment on an account is received by Borrower and not delivered in kind to Lender within three (3) business days thereafter, Borrower will immediately pay to Lender, in addition to such payment, the amount equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the amount of such payment.
