Miscellaneous Supplies. All catalogs, brochures, product literature, product-related application notes, manuals, technical papers, other printed materials, shipping and packaging materials and labels, cartons and shipping containers, palettes, shipping equipment, graphics, artwork, photographic film, slides, negatives, color separations, printer's and photographer's plates and so-called "camera-ready materials" and sales and advertising materials.
Miscellaneous Supplies. The Contractor shall furnish all rest room supplies such as toilet seat covers and tissue, liquid hand soap, deodorizers, urinal screens and deodorizers, paper towels, and appropriate plastic liners for trash cans. All restroom and cleaning supplies will be environmentally safe and used as intended.

All useable and saleable general hardware consisting of bolts, nuts, washers, screws and fittings, all useable and saleable bulk items, such as brake pads, regardless of whether the package has been opened, and all useable and saleable gas, oil and grease (“Miscellaneous Supplies”).
Miscellaneous Supplies. Gas, oil, grease, works in progress, nuts and bolts (“Miscellaneous Supplies”) shall be purchased by Buyer with the value thereof being equal to the Dealership’s cost of such items (established by invoice or such other documentation reasonably requested by Buyer), less any incentives received or rebates received with respect thereto.
