MIRE Event definition

MIRE Event means, if there are any Mortgaged Properties at such time, any increase, extension or renewal of any of the Commitments or Loans (including pursuant to Section 2.14 or any other incremental credit facilities hereunder, but excluding (i) any continuation or conversion of borrowings, (ii) the making of any Loan or (iii) the issuance, renewal or extension of Letters of Credit).

MIRE Event means if there are any Mortgaged Properties at such time, any increase, extension or renewal of any of the Aggregate Commitments or Loans (including any increase of Aggregate Commitments under Section 2.20 of this Agreement, but excluding (i) any continuation or conversion of Revolving Borrowings, (ii) the making of any Loan or (iii) the issuance, renewal or extension of any Letter of Credit).
