The Association may establish a committee of a reasonable number to be mutually agreed upon by the Chancellor/designee, and the Association to meet and confer with the Chancellor/designee, for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual concern, including those matters necessary to the implementation of this Agreement which are systemwide in nature. Such meetings will be held at the request of either party at least three (3) times each fiscal year unless waived by the Association. The Chancellor/designee(s) shall provide the facilities and set the time for such conferences upon request of the Association.
