Minnesota Law. This Agreement and the Documents shall be governed by the substantive laws (other than conflict of laws) of the State of Minnesota, and the Bank and Borrower consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Minnesota.
Minnesota Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota.

If both spouses work for the State or another organization 4 participating in the State's Group Insurance Program, neither spouse may be covered as a 6 defined in Section 3A.

Minnesota Law. This Hunting Land License Agreement is construed under and in accordance with the laws of Minnesota. Landowner is to be afforded recreational use immunity to the extent provided for under Minnesota law.
