Minnesota. The Coverages listed below are provided to You by the dealer at no charge as required Statute 325F.662. The term of the required warranty is based on the mileage at the time of sale as follows: Used Vehicles with less than 36,000 miles at the time of sale Provides Coverage for 60 days or 25,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Used Vehicles with 36,000 miles or more but less than 75,000 at the time of sale Provides Coverage for 30 days or 1,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Engine: Lubricated Parts; Intake Manifolds, Engine Block; Cylinder Heads; Rotary Engine Housings; and Ring Gear; Water Pump; Externally Mounted Mechanical Fuel Pump; Radiator; Alternator; Generator; and Starter. Transmission: Case; Internal Parts; Torque Converter; or, the Manual Transmission Case and Internal Parts. Drive Axle: Axle Housings and Internal Parts; Torque Converter; or, the Manual Transmission Case and Internal Parts. Drive Axle: Axle Housings and Internal Parts; Axle Shafts; Drive and Output Shafts; and Universal Joints; but excluding the Secondary Drive Axle on vehicles other than passenger vans, mounted on a truck chassis. Brakes: Master Cylinder; Vacuum Assist Booster; Wheel Calipers; Hydraulic Lines and Fittings; and Disc Brake Calipers. Steering: Gear Housing and all Internal Parts; Power Steering Pump; Valve Body; Piston; and Rack. Note: The following parts are covered only when vehicles with less than 36,000 miles: Steering Rack; Radiator; Alternator; Generator; and Starter. The above Coverages are excluded from this Contract during the applicable warranty period, unless the dealer becomes unable to meet its obligations. Your rights and obligations are fully explained in the dealer issued used vehicle limited warranty document.
Minnesota. The following notice applies to employees who live in the State of Minnesota: In accordance with Minnesota law, this Agreement does not apply to an invention for which no equipment, supplies, facility or trade secret information of the Company was used and which was developed entirely on my own time, and (a) which does not relate (i) directly to the business of the Company or (ii) to the Company's actual or demonstrably anticipated research or development, or (b) which does not result from any work performed by me for the Company.
Minnesota. At the option of Buyer, at Buyer’s expense, and to the extent such mortgage debt is assignable, with lender’s consent as applicable, pursuant to its terms, Seller shall reasonably cooperate to cause Seller’s lender to assign, transfer and convey to Buyer its interest in any existing mortgage debt associated with the Acquired Properties which Buyer wishes to assume. Seller shall reasonably cooperate with Buyer to facilitate any necessary approval of such assignment and assumption by applicable lenders and to facilitate the amendment and/or modification of the associated mortgage documents as the same may be required by Buyer and/or to conform to the requirements for mortgage amendments and modifications as provided in Minnesota Statutes Sections 287.01–287.14, as amended. Seller agrees to execute all applicable documents and take further action, as reasonably necessary, to facilitate the provisions of this Section 15.5.

Minnesota. If the Participant’s Employment Jurisdiction is Minnesota, then the following shall apply to this Award Agreement: Notwithstanding anything set forth in this Agreement to the contrary, if Minnesota law is deemed to apply to this Agreement, then (i) the covenant not to compete in the Retirement Rule will not apply to the Participant, unless Minnesota Statutes § 181.988 has been repealed or otherwise has no legal effect or application to the Retirement Rule as of the date the Participant’s employment with the Travelers Group terminates; and (ii) with respect to claims arising under Minnesota Statutes § 181.988 (referencing “Covenants Not To Compete”), nothing in this Agreement will require the Participant to adjudicate outside of Minnesota any claim arising in Minnesota or deprive the Participant of the substantive protection of Minnesota law with respect to a controversy arising in Minnesota. Missouri: If Missouri is deemed to be the Employment Jurisdiction, then the following applies to the Participant: the Employee Non-Non-Solicitation Conditions in Section 7(b) will be modified to exclude from the definition of Covered Employee any employee who provides only secretarial or clerical services. Nebraska: If Nebraska is deemed to be the Employment Jurisdiction, then the following applies to the Participant: (a) the list of Company Customers that are subject to the restriction in Section 7(c) is modified so that it means any persons or entities with which the Participant did business and had personal business-related contact during the Look Back Period; and (B) the covenant not to compete in the Retirement Rule does not apply after the Participant’s employment with the Travelers Group ends.

Minnesota. If during employment with the Company, Employee lived or worked in Minnesota, Employee has 15 days to revoke the agreement instead of 7. In addition, the Agreement shall not become effective until the 15-day revocation period expires, provided Employee does not revoke.
