Minimums. As a minimum, Supplier shall provide and maintain the following insurance coverage and insurance coverage limits: (1) Worker’s Compensation: Supplier shall provide and maintain worker’s compensation insurance as required by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, as well as employer’s liability coverage with minimum limits of $1,000,000 (or an equivalent value in the local currency), covering all of Supplier’s employees who are engaged in any work under the Agreement; and if any work is subcontracted, Supplier shall require the subcontractor to provide the same coverage for any of its employees engaged in any work under the Agreement.
