MINIMUM TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Section 1. The wage scales and working condition provisions of this Agreement shall be minimums and employees shall not be precluded from obtaining “better conditions” as that term is understood in the motion picture and television industry. Any employee enjoying such better conditions shall not have their wages or working conditions reduced as a consequence of this Agreement.
MINIMUM TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 3.1 All Policies issued by the Insurer shall comply at all times with the Minimum Terms and Conditions in force at the date of inception of the relevant Policy.
MINIMUM TERMS AND CONDITIONS. This Agreement defines minimum rates of pay and terms and conditions of employment. Therefore a Technician shall be free to obtain from the Producer a greater rate of pay and better terms and conditions of employment than the minimum levels set out in this Agreement.

The following language shall be included in all deal memos or personal service contracts: “All provisions of this deal memo (or personal service contract) are subject to and must provide no less than the terms and conditions of the Local 399 2017 Commercials Location Scouts/Managers Agreement.”
MINIMUM TERMS AND CONDITIONS. This Agreement represents minimum rates and working conditions. No Employee shall be compensated at rates less than those specified in this Agreement nor be subject to working conditions that are less favourable than the provisions of this Agreement.
MINIMUM TERMS AND CONDITIONS. This Agreement contains the minimum terms and condition of employment. The Employer shall not enter into any agreement or contract or employ any employee upon terms and conditions less favorable than those set forth herein. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall limit the right of any employee to negotiate terms and conditions, including compensation more favorable than that set forth herein.
MINIMUM TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Minimum Terms and Conditions means the minimum terms and conditions required by the Solicitors' Indemnity Insurance Rules 2000 for insurance commencing at inception of the Period of Insurance.
MINIMUM TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The terms and conditions of employment set out in this agreement shall be the minimum terms and conditions applicable to permanently employed orchestral musicians who have completed a satisfactory probationary period as per Part 1 Clause 7 of this agreement.
MINIMUM TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 4.1 The Company agrees that the minimum terms and conditions governing the employment of Artists and Producer-Directors of the Station are those contained in Sections 11, 12, 13, 14 and the Company agrees that it will not enter into any contract with, or employ any staff Artist upon terms and conditions less favorable to the Artist or Producer-Director than those set forth in these Sections. The parties agree that at no time shall any duty owed by AFTRA's members to the Company require such member to work for less than such minimum terms and conditions and the Company agrees that it will not require any AFTRA member to work for less than the said minimum wages. No refusal to work for less than the said minimum terms and conditions, whether or not directly by AFTRA, shall constitute a breach of this Agreement by AFTRA, or a breach of any individual member's contract. Such refusal to work shall not be deemed a termination of this Agreement and this Agreement shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect, and the dispute settled according to Section 5 of said Agreement.
MINIMUM TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Affiliated Networks acknowledges and accepts that its users of the Service will have terms substantially similar to the terms and conditions identified on Exhibit "A" imposed upon its end users. In addition, Affiliated Networks agrees to abide by the terms and conditions contained on Exhibit "A" that are not inconsistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which are hereby incorporated by reference. Affiliated Networks acknowledges that the requirements contained on Exhibit "A" may be modified from time to time by GTE in its sole discretion.
