Minimum Rest Periods. 9-5.01 Employees will be scheduled a minimum of ten (10) hours between scheduled shifts. If an Employee will not have at least ten (10) hours free from duty between the end of one shift and the commencement of another shift, the Company will adjust the report time of the second shift to provide the minimum ten (10) hours free from duty, and the end time will remain the same.
