Common use of Minimum Requirement Clause in Contracts

Minimum Requirement. During each Contract Year, Reliant shall purchase the minimum dollar volume of Product (the “Minimum Requirement”) set forth on Exhibit B. If Reliant does not purchase such Minimum Requirement during any Contract Year, within thirty (30) days after the end of such Contract Year and upon receipt of an invoice from Cardinal Health, Reliant shall pay Cardinal Health the difference between (A) the Minimum Requirement and (B) the sum of all purchases from Cardinal Health for the Product during the just concluded Contract Year.
