Minimum Notice Period. If, pursuant to applicable law, prior notice of any action described in Section 7.1 is required to be given to Pledgor or any Borrower, Pledgor and Borrowers hereby acknowledge and agree that the minimum time required by such applicable law, or if no minimum is specified, 10 Business Days, shall be deemed a reasonable notice period.
