Unless higher amounts or additional coverage are stated elsewhere in this agreement, during the performance of this contract or order, Seller shall maintain the following types of insurance coverage in the minimum amounts stated: W orkman’s Compensation, Xxxxx Act or similar - Statutory limits Employer Liability - $1,000,000 per occurrence Comprehensive General Liability - $1,000,000 for personal injury and property damage – Combined single limit per occurrence.
