Minimum Hours per Person per Shift. If, during a regularly scheduled shift, it is deemed by ▇▇▇▇▇, at ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ sole discretion, that ▇▇▇▇▇ personnel performing the Services are not required to stay until the end of the shift, the Customer will be invoiced for a minimum of $250 dollars, or the actual number of hours worked, whichever is more.
