Minimum Hire Period Sample Clauses

Minimum Hire Period. If a Minimum Hire Period applies for any Hire Equipment, the Customer agrees to: (a) hire that Hire Equipment until the expiration of the Minimum Hire Period; and (b) continue to pay the Weekly Rate for that Hire Equipment until the end of the Minimum Hire Period, irrespective of whether the Hire Period ends prior to the Minimum Hire Period expiring.

Minimum Hire Period. Subject to paragraph 16, we shall provide POS Solution and Installation Support, for the minimum period of hire shown in the Application Form (or if no minimum period is shown then Eighteen (18) months) (the “Minimum Hire Period”). These terms and conditions shall continue thereafter for each successive month (each a “Renewal Hire Period”) upon the terms and conditions set out below unless terminated earlier in accordance with paragraphs 31, or 33 below, or clause 12 of the Agreement.

Minimum Hire Period. (a) If your merchant location (as set out in clause 3.12 of the Agreement) is UK and you have an estimated or actual annual card turnover of up to £10 million, the following applies to you: We shall provide Terminals and/or Mobile Terminals (together “Hired Terminals”) and Installation Support, for a minimum 18 month period (unless a shorter period of time is shown in the Application Form) (the “Minimum Hire Period”) and continuing thereafter for successive 1 month periods (the “Renewal Hire Period”) upon terms and conditions set out herein unless terminated earlier in accordance with paragraphs 20 or 22 below, or clause 12 of the Agreement. (b) If your merchant location (as set out in clause 3.12 of the Agreement) is: (i) UK and you have an estimated or actual annual card turnover of above £10 million; or (ii) Republic of Ireland, the following applies to you: We shall provide Terminals and/or Mobile Terminals (together “Hired Terminals”) and Installation Support, for the minimum period of hire shown in the Application Form (or if no minimum period is shown then thirty-six (36) months) (the “Minimum Hire Period”) and continuing thereafter for successive 18 month periods (each a “Renewal Hire Period”) upon the terms and conditions set out herein unless terminated earlier in accordance with paragraphs 20 or 22 below, or clause 12 of the Agreement.

Minimum Hire Period. Subject to paragraph 17, we shall provide the Hub and Installation Support, for the minimum period of hire shown in the Application Form (or if no minimum period is shown then thirty-six (36) months) (the “Minimum Hire Period”). These terms and conditions shall continue thereafler for successive eighteen (18) month periods (each a “Renewal Hire Period”) upon the terms and conditions set out below unless terminated earlier in accordance with paragraphs 0 or 27 below, or clause 12 of the Agreement.

Minimum Hire Period. 2.1. Unless expressly agreed in writing, the minimum Hire Period for Portable Buildings is ninety (90) days. A cancellation fee of fifty percent (50%) of the Hire Charges will apply if delivery is cancelled with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice before the delivery date. 2.2. Hire charges will apply from the Hire Period start date and no deduction will be given for any delay in the Hirer or the Owner obtaining access to the site at which the Portable Buildings are to be located for the duration of the Hire Period. Unless expressly agreed in writing, Hire Charges for Portable Buildings will be reviewed annually.

Minimum Hire Period. 11.1 The Hire Period commences on the earlier of the following: (a) When You (the Applicant) take possession of the Equipment; or (b) If You request delivery and collection of the Equipment, the time We (the Company) deliver the Equipment to the address specified in the hire documentation. 11.2 The Hire Period is for an indefinite term and ends when the Equipment is back in Our control or possession. 11.3 The Hire Period includes weekends and public holidays. 11.4 A minimum Hire Period applies to all items of Equipment hired from Pinnacle Hire. The Applicant will be charged for the greater of: (a) The actual hire period; or (b) A minimum hire period equivalent to 50% of the estimated hire duration quoted at the commencement of the hire. For example, if the expected duration was 10 days, then the minimum hire period will be 5 days. 11.5 We (the Company) reserve the right to specify a longer Minimum Hire Period for certain items of Equipment. We will advise you (the Applicant) at the time of hiring if a longer Minimum Hire Period applies.
