Common use of Minimum Engagements Clause in Contracts

Minimum Engagements. The following minimum will apply to part-time and casual employees: (i) Part-time employees shall receive a minimum payment of 3 hours for each engagement except in the case of a recall to duty where clause 21.5 shall apply; and, (ii) Casual employees shall receive a minimum payment of 2 hours for each engagement except in the case of a recall to duty where clause 21.5 shall apply.
