Minimum Continuing Education Training Requirements. ‌ Each individual provider shall complete all legally required continuing education training through the Partnership as required by RCW 74.39A.341. The purpose of continuing education is to improve and enhance the knowledge and skills of individual providers relative to the care needs of their consumer(s). Completion of all continuing education hours is a prerequisite for maintaining eligibility to work as an individual provider. Upon completion of required continuing education training, or upon termination, individual providers shall be compensated at their regular rate of pay for all hours spent in legally-required continuing education training.
