Minimum Compensation Ordinance. Labor and Employment Code Article 111 applies to this Agreement. Contractor shall pay covered employees no less than the minimum compensation required by San Francisco Labor and Employment Code Article 111, including a minimum hourly gross compensation, compensated time off, and uncompensated time off. Contractor is required to comply with all of the applicable provisions of Article 111, irrespective of the listing of obligations in this Section. By signing and executing this Agreement, Contractor certifies that it complies with Article 111.
